Eight cellar-worthy reds, poured from pure Sangiovese through the Super Tuscans where the grapes collide — a Tignanello and a 2010 Vigorello among them — to a Bordeaux-vs-Mendoza finale that sets the 2016 Domaine de Chevalier against Cheval des Andes.
